The room had a breathtaking view, and the cozy, home-like feel made the place seem like a peaceful oasis. Every detail felt just right, and our stay was enjoyable from beginning to end. Sunset Butik Aparts exceeded what I expected, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We left as soon as we saw the place. The rooms were quite dirty, with stained towels, dusty floors and bathrooms that weren’t clean. The furniture also looked poorly maintained, with cracks and discoloration. Our bedrooms were much smaller than the pictures suggested, with no room to open our luggage, and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The small pool was cloudy too. I can’t recommend staying here.

The balcony view is stunning, even better than the Holistic theater. Our host was very nice, helpful and spoke very good English. The rooms were clean, with a good bed, a big sofa and television. The kitchen had basic stuff, and there was hot water in the bathroom.

The hills on the way are steep, but the sea view over Kas from every room is perfect. For that view alone, this home deserves five stars. Just don’t expect the place to be maintained to hotel standards.

We loved our week here. It’s a great AirBnB in a fantastic spot, with arguably the best view in all of Kas. My only small niggle is that the kitchen could be better equipped, but it’s still a fabulous place to stay.
