The house was clean and the view was magnificent during our five nights and six days here as two families without children. We also spotted a crack in the water-filled umbrella weight. Mr. Ahmet, who was in charge of the house, fixed it in under 15 minutes. Thank you. Villa James will be our first choice in Kaş from now on.

We were there for six nights in June 2025. The villa has just two bedrooms and an open kitchen, with no private areas, and it was a nice place to stay. I didn’t take photos of the inside. The owners were helpful, the location is excellent, and the view really is amazing. On the peninsula, it’s one of the best value-for-money houses you can stay in.
