The TVs worked well, and the parking area fits three cars, which were two positives for us. But the villa wasn't like the ads. We went in 2021, this year. The main pool's circulation system wasn't working well, so the water wasn't clean. The children's pool had no circulation at all and was filthy. In the rooms, one air conditioner displayed 18 degrees but didn't cool, while the others had problems like a noisy fan or remotes that didn't work. The refrigerator didn't cool either, and water pressure on the third floor was so low that showering was difficult. There was a water dispenser, but we couldn't find out which company delivered the water. It's far from the sea, so you need a car. Kaputaş beach is a 5-10 minute drive; if you arrive by 8:30 am at the latest, parking shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't recommend it overall. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere decent.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the place has high-quality furniture, TVs, and air conditioning. There are separate pools for children and adults, plus a large terrace. Groceries and produce can be delivered to the house. We were very satisfied and are sure we made the right choice. I highly recommend it.
