The rooms were on the dark side, but we were out exploring and spending time by the pool, so it didn’t matter much to us. This was our first time renting a villa, and we were really happy with it. It’s a cute little place with everything we needed, a wonderful sea view, and space away from the crowds. The price was reasonable too. The garden is fairly private and can’t be seen from outside. I had the best holiday I’ve had so far with the people closest to me. Thanks to M* for being so attentive and for all the helpful tips about where to go and how to get around the Kaş Kalkan area.

Looking for peace and quiet? You won’t find it here. Three other villas sit right next door on the same property, so this isn’t a standalone villa, something the photos don’t show. The villa itself is old and uncomfortable, and it’s quite high up, so your car may struggle on the climb. There’s no green forest left nearby, unfortunately; it was badly damaged by fire and burned to ashes.

Just a heads-up, our four-night stay turned into a nightmare on the very first night because there were scorpions and mice inside the house. I hope you’re not looking to share your holiday with them.
