Yaz Apart Hotel

The apartments are new and close to the center and all the shops, and the administrators deal with problems very quickly. In the smaller room, there was enough light and no street noise. The dishes were poor, but the staff fixed that right away. The larger, more expensive room had no lighting near the kitchen, which made cooking and washing dishes almost unbearable. Street noise was annoying too, and only the air conditioner running all night helped. There’s no reception and nobody waiting for you. We arrived in Kas without internet, so we couldn’t message anyone to let us in and had to ask people on the street for internet access. All in all, I’d give it a 4. I think these apartments could be 5/5.

The room and bathroom were spacious, with a pleasant design and powerful air conditioning. The location is central but relatively quiet. There’s a teapot and coffee pot, but not much other cookware, and cooking fish isn’t allowed. There’s no dishwasher or washing machine detergent either, so I had to buy a 2-kilo pack.

I’ve stayed here for a long time and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The hosts are friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help, and the rooms are cozy and clean. Just a very good place.

I’m currently staying for 18 days, and it’s met my expectations. Communication with the owner has been good. That said, they should install some black drapes and two hooks in the bathroom.
