The room was awful. It smelled of cigarette smoke, and the pillows and duvet had a really foul odor. I even came down with catarrh. The heater wasn't working, so the room was cold. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but never one this useless. I can't understand all the positive reviews. I think they wrote them themselves.

The building is old, but its spot right in the city centre is excellent. The staff are kind and treat guests well. Breakfast is served, and for a hotel of the same level, the price is cheap.

It's clean, though a bit dated, and the price is reasonable. The location is very central with plenty of parking. The staff, including Mr. Tuncay, are very kind. I felt comfortable staying here.

The location is central, so it's convenient for families and within walking distance of historical sites. We came from Ankara for one night and were pleased with the service. The rooms were very clean and the beds were nice, although the pillows felt a bit firm.
