Talas Loft Residence

There isn't a green seating area of its own, which I wish it had. Still, parks, shops, and a bus stop are nearby. I haven't stayed through the summer yet, and there's no air conditioning, so I hope that won't become a problem. The residence is clean, and everyone, from housekeeping to the other employees, works carefully. The staff seem trustworthy enough that I'd even feel comfortable leaving them my keys.

I stayed here for work for a while, and the cigarette burns in the seats were just as people had said. You pay both rent and a deposit when you move in, but don't get the deposit back when you leave. What they tell you at move-in is the opposite of what they said when the contract was signed. I wouldn't stay here again if I passed through. I can't recommend it, especially for the money.

I've been staying here for a year, and the service has been impeccable. Ertuğrul in particular makes a difference with his cheerful, friendly manner. The staff's warmth really stands out, and management handles things well and focuses on finding solutions.

I booked four or five days ahead, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms. That left me feeling unsafe. They sent me to another place and said they'd settle the difference, then pushed me aside and left me dealing with one inconvenience after another.
