The trip there was rough, with more than an hour of winding roads and my stomach churning the whole way. The place is also far from the city. Once there, everything felt wildly overpriced, even compared with Europe’s most expensive cities. It came across as a tourist rip-off, and the owner was unpleasant and didn’t seem to care about the guests.

The mountain views are gorgeous, and the air feels fresh and minty. Staying in a lakeside bungalow is peaceful, whatever the season. The restaurant menu is sufficient, but there are no alcoholic drinks. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy wine, and you can bring your own if you like.

The mountain view was lovely, but I wouldn’t go back. The lake was dirty, and it seemed they weren’t quite ready to welcome guests. Prices were high, too.

The place itself was amazing, but dealing with the people in charge made this the worst experience. After we rented a motorcycle, they accused us of damaging their motors and charged us 2500 lira. One worker was holding a knife and seemed to be threatening us. I recommend going there, but don’t deal with them.

I’ve been to the park four times, and the bungalows have always been clean, with hot water and good food. Thank you for the kind, generous hospitality, Mr Arif, and all the lovely staff, especially Yousef 🤍.
