Ares Dream Hotel- All Inclusive

After nine nights here, I can’t say I enjoyed the stay. Nobody came to clean our room or change the towels, so we had to buy toilet paper and toiletries ourselves. The bathroom was dirty and in poor shape, with no toiletries, a broken hair dryer, barely any water from the shower, and no hot water. The air conditioning was broken too. The food was disappointing, and most of the plates and cups weren’t clean. The same Russian music played very loudly every night, with lots of drunk, noisy people around. The staff barely spoke English. For the same price, you can find a much better hotel.

My mum and dad stayed here from 1 September 2025. The hotel was dirty and nothing like the one shown in the video. There were bed bugs on the mattress. The cleaner only wiped them away and put on a clean sheet, and nobody came to clean their room.

I’ve been here three days and can’t wait to go home on Friday. The room is a filthy pit, which is especially bad for me because I have breathing problems. Nobody speaks English, the food is nasty, and there’s no hot water when people shower upstairs. It runs through into my bathroom. There’s nowhere to do laundry, and I’d never recommend this hotel.

We spent most days away from the hotel because being there was depressing, and we eventually left Turkey earlier than planned. This place didn’t feel welcoming or relaxing at all. It’s more like a last resort than a holiday resort. The room was shockingly basic. Some lights didn’t work, the air conditioning dripped and had exposed cables, and the bathroom drain kept blocking. The bed was rock hard. The whole place was dirty, and during our stay nobody brought clean sheets, fresh towels, or toilet paper. We never saw the cleaners. Staff didn’t care when we complained or asked them to fix things. The all-inclusive deal was a joke. The bar only had one beer and a suspicious-looking wine, served in tiny 200 ml plastic cups. They said they didn’t have other alcohol, even though it was on the shelf behind the bar. Food seemed aimed at the many Russian guests. Some was edible, but people pushed while queuing and rushed to get food first. I mostly ate rice and potatoes because the chicken didn’t look appetising. The evening music was all Russian, and staff seemed focused on keeping those guests happy. Several British and German guests told us they were having the same problems. The food itself was quite limited, with some dishes hard to identify. There were lots of drunk and loud people. Save yourself the stress, tears, and discomfort, and book somewhere else.
