Euronova Hotel Residence Butik-Hotel

Being right in the center and close to everything was a real plus. The staff were okay, though communication was hard because their English was very limited. What really let the stay down was the room, number 3 in the basement. There was a strong, unpleasant toilet smell, and without the air conditioning it was nearly impossible to breathe. The room also had lots of bugs and little insects, likely because of the humidity and poor cleaning. I asked twice in one day for the room to be cleaned, but at one point three days went by without it. I expected cleaning each morning or at least when requested. I’m sorry to leave such a review, but I have to be honest: cleanliness needs serious improvement.

The location was peaceful but still handy for restaurants, shops, a park, and the best sandy beach, which was quite close. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in September, and our friends eventually left their hotel to join us here. They got an apartment, which was beautiful and really spacious. Our standard room was lovely and clean too, but a bit tight to move around in, and showering was a little difficult for a woman. The staff were genuinely friendly with us, and the owner was really nice. You can tell he treats his staff well. The location was good as well. And the best part was the owners’ dog, nova! Such a beauty. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit.

We felt at home and enjoyed ourselves so much that we lost track of time. The breakfasts were great, especially the handmade pastries, which tasted like a mother had made them. The rooms were spotless and the staff gave quality service. I especially remember the smiling, friendly women helping in the kitchen and at reception. The location and service made for a wonderful holiday, and we left feeling rested and peaceful. If I return to this area, I’ll definitely choose this place again. I had no worries about staying here.
