Havana Hotel

From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The location is just right, the rooms are clean and cozy, and every detail seems to be handled with care. There's a warm, welcoming atmosphere, lots of positive energy, and staff who treat guests with genuine kindness. It feels like a home away from home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality. 🌸💫

The food was repetitive but acceptable for a budget hotel, so no major complaints on that part. The bigger problem was our first impression: the receptionist was repeatedly unfriendly and hard to approach, with little hospitality. Our room kept losing power, and when we raised it, we were told that was “normal” because you couldn't charge a phone and run the air conditioner at the same time. We eventually insisted on moving rooms. Staff also seemed displeased that we didn't speak Russian. Lithuania is not a part of russia. Having the russian and Ukrainian flags displayed side by side outside the hotel felt tone-deaf given the current geopolitical context. I'd rate the place no more than 3 stars. There's plenty of room for improvement.

The food was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Nika at reception, who was always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The reception guys spoke English too, which was convenient, and the paid internet worked perfectly. Kemer itself is beautiful, with a nice beach, interesting excursions, and a botanical park nearby. The hotel, though, was noisy, with loud music playing constantly and spoiling the vacation. It's far from the beach, and there was no shuttle. The rooms were old, very hot, and clearly need renovation. I wouldn't recommend it, since you can find a better place for the same price.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant food was delicious and the restaurant was clean, and the pool was lovely. In the evening, sitting by the pool is a pleasant way to spend time. The hotel is in a very central part of Kemer, near the beach, city center, and lots of places to visit. Staff were very attentive.
