Hubble Bubble Suit Hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. Good food and a handy location too. A very good balance between price and quality.

The owner’s friendly and serious, and I like him. ✌️

We were a group of 11 friends, including two babies, and I’d arranged three rooms with Ms. Esra about a month ahead. I called every week to confirm because I was organizing the holiday and didn’t want things to go wrong. When we arrived around 9 p.m., only two rooms were ready, and the third had been set up incorrectly. We hadn’t agreed to that arrangement, so I asked for a change. The rooms weren’t as described, and we felt misled. The water was cut off that day while my friends were in the shower. I reported it and was told it would be back in ten minutes after the valve was opened, but we waited an hour, hungry and unwashed. When I followed up, they said we could use the pool or take a shower, but we’d arrived during mealtime. Dinner had nowhere for us to sit except sun loungers, so we watched others eat. We were very hungry and asked if food could be brought to us, but they said no. We heard the elderly woman who owns the hotel say, “I feel so sorry for you.” The breakfast advertised as a buffet was just one plate of snacks. We weren’t satisfied at all. Sleeping on a bench would have been more peaceful and comfortable. I regret staying and will never go near the place again.
