The shower water was lukewarm, not as hot as I wanted on a cold day, but the service was great and the price very affordable. It’s a very clean, new hotel in a central location. Everyone who works here is friendly, the Turkish breakfast is amazing, the air conditioning works, and the place feels quite safe.

For a short stay, this small hotel in central Kemer is a great choice. It’s good value for money, with clean, modern rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The location is ideal, close to the beach, marina, and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend it.

The owner was incredibly helpful when our plan went wrong and saved our Lycian Way trek. That’s why I’d strongly recommend this hotel to other walkers. It was very good for a budget hotel. We had enough space, a comfortable bed, and a very good buffet breakfast. I especially liked the menemem. The pool was surprisingly large, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. I would have liked a kettle in the room, but hot water and tea were available in the lobby all day. Kemer is a handy place to stock up before joining the trail at Kuzdere. Ask the hotel to arrange a taxi to Nur market, where the trail begins. I’d happily choose this hotel again next time I’m in Kemer.

Be careful when booking Jest hotel (Kemer), and check the check-in and payment terms closely. Otherwise, you may arrive to find your room has been resold at the last minute to guests who suit the hotel better. In all my years of travel, I’ve never had an experience like this with hotel guest service. A few days earlier, we asked about staying for one night for two people, a man and a woman, because our own hotel was fully booked. A hotel representative said the dates would work. This morning, we confirmed a room for a couple. The administration provided one and agreed to cash payment. Since we were going to get the cash at check-in, we left a small deposit hand-to-hand. When we arrived at the agreed time with the rest of the payment, they told us they had taken other guests staying longer. As it turned out, we were considered unsuitable because we were not a family. They returned our deposit and sent us to find somewhere else in Kemer. The manager wouldn’t discuss the situation or even offer advice, and simply ignored the team's shortcomings. It felt like the hotel cared about profit, not service. Confirm everything in writing and pay the full amount by card at once, so perhaps you won’t be left out on the street and have your time in this lovely city spoiled by the administration’s careless attitude. 😞 P.S. I never received a single phone call, even though I agreed to pay in cash and left a deposit. They need to take more responsibility for their work instead of having to publicly defend their reputation.
