Meder Resort Hotel

The people at Meder Resort Hotel made the week we spent in Kemer, Antalya, unforgettable. Hüseyin, the responsable, arranged a birthday surprise for my friend, with a decorated table, a cake just for her, and a song. M. Rukiye, who prepares the breakfast omelets, even came back from home after her shift to say goodbye. Mehmet Kara and Emre brought so much energy to the entertainment, and Elif, Hasan, and Sude made the evenings feel warm and lively. Sude, the “ice cream girl,” always serves huge scoops with a smile 🫣. It reminded me how much the staff matter. If I return to Kemer, I'll choose Meder Resort again. The food was outstanding, with a different menu every day. Breakfast had so much variety that I often skipped lunch, and there was plenty for vegetarians and seafood lovers. The pool bar also had good pizza and burgers, and an elegant special dinner was included at no extra charge. The hotel was spotless, with cleaning going on around the clock, and its setting among nature gave us magical views. The beach was a 10-minute walk away, with shuttle buses every 30 minutes. The pool was cleaned daily using special equipment.

I had one of my best holidays here with my girlfriend. The room was clean, the food had a good range of choices, and there was a performance every night. The hotel has plenty to offer inside and out. Emre deserves a special mention, such a positive guy with a great personality and vibe. I'll remember him for sure. Wishing him and everyone at hotel Meder Resort all the best.

Our room was spacious, the mattresses were really comfortable, and we slept well. It was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and we got water, sometimes juice, each day. The internet worked well in the room. Our son enjoyed the billiards, table football, and table tennis, and the location made everything easy to reach and well organized. We generally liked the food a lot. It was tasty, varied, and well prepared. It would be nice to have more options at the beach (aqua park), even something simple like ice cream for families with kids. The front desk staff were very kind and professional, and we got our room quickly after arriving. I especially want to commend the receptionist originally from Pristina and the young man who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. He literally ran over to greet us, which made a great first impression. There was one uncomfortable incident with an animator, who spoke rudely to my underage son when he wanted to join karaoke, although other children were taking part too. When we approached calmly and politely to ask about it, we got a dismissive gesture and an abrupt reply. Animators should be patient and approachable with parents and children. Some of them could also be less loud, since being noisy doesn't necessarily make someone fun or interesting. Kindness and subtlety go a long way. There were some very pleasant animators too, though sadly they didn't always get the chance to shine. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday despite those few issues, and would gladly recommend the hotel to friends. We hope things work even better when we visit again.

We were very happy with the hotel's service. Though it was still morning when we arrived, they gave us our room card straight away and invited us to breakfast, even though our booking was due to begin with dinner. Both rooms we stayed in were lovely and comfortable. The restaurant had a tasty range of food, and the beach is fairly close, with sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests. We'd gladly come back.
