Mese Hotel

The room was cramped and the shower was awful. The people were nice, but this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Smoke had got into everything, from the curtains and towels to the blankets and pillowcases. Disgusting.

The pool was good, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We asked for space for five people plus a four-year-old, but got two rooms with only four beds, so I guess someone was meant to sleep on top of someone else. The fifth person had no pillow. When I asked, the owner, I think, said they had given their pillows to a neighbor. He was nice, though, and I have no complaint about him. We didn't really get along with the Asian woman at reception, who seemed a little reserved. The place wasn't extremely dirty, but the bathroom was so bad even Shrek wouldn't want to shower there. I hope they can improve the cleanliness a bit. Thanks, and have a good day.

I wouldn't stay here again, and I wouldn't tell anyone else to stay either. We only stopped for one night because it was on our route and the price was reasonable, but paying less isn't worth this. I had to wash the bathroom before using it, and there was dirt and dust around, plus dried bodily fluids on the windows. I wasn't confident about the towels or bedding, so I used my own things as much as I could. The toilet smelled bad and could really use bleach. The receptionist was rude and unbearable. The location is the only reason I gave a star.

We practically had to beg to get the sheets changed, since no cleaning was being done. The girl at reception was awful, and in a different setting I'd have wanted to hit her. Better to sleep on the beach than stay here. I hope the money we paid goes to waste.
