The internet was poor, which was a letdown. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel in a pleasant neighborhood with malls, clothing stores, supermarkets and places to eat. You can walk to the city center.

Mr. Volkan at reception was helpful and professional. The service was perfect, and so was the hotel.

The staff were cooperative, and the rooms were cleaned carefully every day. We did have some issues: the key cards didn't work for a few days, though after that things were okay.
