Varna Hotel

Dirty sheets, a filthy bathroom, a toilet that wouldn't flush, and a broken shower head leaking water. Even the doorknob was broken and dangling. They didn't seem to care or show any interest. It's the filthiest, most awful hotel I've ever visited, and I can hardly call it a hotel. I'll absolutely never go back.

The rooms were unhygienic, service was poor, and the staff weren't friendly. They charged us 2000, although their website listed 1500-1600, then spoke as if they'd given us a discount. We only heard after paying that the radiators weren't working and would be fixed in 1-2 hours. There was no hot water. I asked again 5-6 hours later, when evening had come, and they said they were still waiting for a technician. I don't recommend it.

I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but they'd sorted out all the problems. Thanks so much, we had a fantastic stay. This is the only hotel I'll stay at in the area from now on.

It was freezing, and there was no hot water. We spent the whole night cold, with no help from the staff. The room was dusty and awful, especially the disgusting bathroom and toilet. We paid more because reception said the online rate wasn't available, even though there were rooms free. A disaster. I absolutely don't recommend it, and strongly suggest researching thoroughly before you go.
