Dolusu Aquapark Access - Daima Biz Hotel

Mr Keyvan, Mr's Madonna, and Mr Suleiman, thank you for your work. The staff were very polite and ready to help, and service was excellent. Our rooms were cozy, modern, and clean, with daily cleaning. The food was delicious and varied, especially the desserts and fresh fruit. The grounds were well kept, the pool was clean, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I spent a few days here and was really impressed. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely return.

The rooms and, at times, the dishes could have been cleaner. Apart from that, everything was great. The staff, including the animation team, bartenders, and reception, spoke multiple languages, which made things convenient. The surroundings were beautiful and the food delicious. The animation team was especially fantastic, full of energy and welcoming. They made the evenings lively, encouraging everyone to dance and join in. I had an amazing, fun stay and would highly recommend it.

We had four different rooms, and their condition and cleanliness varied a lot. In one, a loose door frame fell on us. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and staff either brushed us off or didn't understand. It also says something that the hotel has a 'needs repair' door tag alongside its 'do not disturb' and 'please clean the room' signs. There were frequent power cuts in the restaurant. One evening at dinner, the power went out 20 times and staff couldn't fix it. The elevators worked perhaps 20% of the time during our stay, a problem if you have a small child or use a wheelchair. Sometimes they'd be fixed, only for something else to break a few hours later. One evening, something apparently caught fire in the kitchen, and smoke filled the restaurant and foyer. They moved the food elsewhere, to a place that wasn't suited to the number of people, so it was crowded and we waited a long time for dinner. No accommodation was made for us. The minigolf area was small and overgrown, though they did cut the grass while we were there. I wouldn't advertise it. Staff mostly didn't speak English, apart from some people at reception. They tried to help, but it rarely got anywhere. The hotel itself was clean, and the pool had a bar and lifeguard. Direct access to the sea was through the attached waterpark, with nice mountain views, and the airport was an hour away. Many of the great reviews seem fake to me, given how many used repetitive wording. There were 20 five-star reviews in the two days we were there. The stay was okay, but I wouldn't return.

The water park was the only positive part of our holiday. We visited in August, and for what was meant to be a nice family trip, the stay was a very bad experience and not worth the money. The first 2-3 days were a nightmare because of the bathroom's condition in our room, as shown in the first four photos. We kept asking for a room change for two full days, but staff made excuses and wouldn't help. On the third day, after I insisted on speaking to a manager and showed him the pictures, they finally moved us. The second room wasn't much better. The air conditioning didn't work, the TV remote had rusty batteries, and, oddly, there wasn't even a TV on the wall. Nails stuck out of the furniture, the bathroom ventilation didn't work, and wires were exposed behind the main bed. Turkey left a very poor impression on us because of this hotel, and we expected much more for the price.
