The night Enbe Orchestra played was the highlight of my latest family trip to Maxx Royal Kemer Resort. The club is usually not too busy, but it was packed that night, and the energy was incredible. My friend and I had a night we’ll never forget. I come here almost every summer, and this stay with my family and a friend was one of the best vacations I’ve had. Ms. Eda also deserves a special thank you for her kindness and hospitality throughout our visit.

We had a good time here as a family, and Kamilla and Anna took great care of us. The grounds are well maintained and the service is excellent. The hotel seems to have thought through the details to make guests feel comfortable, safe, and at ease.

Maxx Royal Kemer resort is easily the best of the five-star all-inclusive hotels we’ve visited in Turkey, Greece, and Dubai. The facilities are world class, the food is amazing, and the service is exemplary. Jacquelin, our host, was wonderful, as were the South American staff at the Sunlit beach bar and restaurant. Everyone was courteous and very friendly. The entertainment schedule was the one small letdown. It gets repetitive and seems aimed at Russian-speaking guests. Still, this place is hard to beat. I like trying different places, but I’ll be back very soon.

This hotel seems to have complete contempt for the people paying to stay there. The staff were extremely rude at every level, and the place is very expensive. Showing guests so little respect is shameful. If they respond to this review saying it isn’t true, don’t believe them. I found the staff dishonest as well as rude. There’s nothing royal about it. It feels like a hotel run by a mafia. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else.
