Sailor's Beach Club Hotel

The evening entertainment by the animation team was thoughtfully put together, with good music and activities. Salemon, you’re the best. Even when they aren’t interacting with guests, you can see that the staff care about their work. Everyone was responsive and friendly, and the guests created a polite, refined atmosphere. Our room was spotless, and the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were good quality. We’d come to the Kemer/Kiriş area on November 26 after a miserable start at Miarosa Kemer Beach. We’d booked that other five-star hotel for our first nights, but the treatment and hygiene were unacceptable, and we even saw a rat in our room. It made us worry this might be normal in Turkey. Then we changed hotels and found Sailors Beach Hotel Kiriş, and things turned around completely. I’ve stayed at some of Dubai’s top hotels, but the care, cleanliness, service and food here still exceeded what I expected. Once the team heard what had happened at the previous hotel, they handled everything professionally and made the rest of our holiday so good we didn’t want to leave. A heartfelt 5/5 from us. We’ll definitely come back.

I loved how clearly the food was labeled, including whether it was vegan or contained gluten. There was a huge choice for a vegetarian, lots of salads, diet food, and even a woman at a counter who made your salad to order. The food was probably the best part of the hotel. We were six, and staff would move tables together whenever we came to eat. They were so attentive, and the drinks had a huge range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. The beach is stony rather than sandy, which some people complained about, but that didn’t bother me. There isn’t much room to walk around within the hotel grounds, though you can walk by the beach or outside. The daily activities were fine, basic but nice to have. If you don’t speak English but do speak German, Russian or Turkish, you’ll get by easily. Things, including the daily activities, are translated into all four languages, and many staff speak them. People outside the hotel, including in the shops, often speak German or Russian too. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was neat and clean, and we really enjoyed the food, especially the evening sushi. The ice cream and ice cream cocktails were very good too. We also got a drink at the pool bar, a watermelon that was made really well. At certain times you can get a waffle or a stuffed potato. I’d recommend it.

The Wi-Fi worked well all around the hotel, right down to the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and the minibar topped up every day. There was entertainment through the day and evening, and the animation team invited people to join without being pushy. Süleyman was especially pleasant and took an interest in where we were from and how long we’d be staying. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. There was plenty of varied food. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and will return.
