Class Hotel

We had a great time here as a family with our two little kids, including a six-month-old baby. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The receptionist and other staff helped us at breakfast and whenever we were using the stairs. Housekeeping also helped with anything we asked for or needed. The hotel is right in the city center, convenient for walking around, shopping, and nearby shops and restaurants. There's free parking behind the hotel, but you need to mention when booking that you'll use it. We're especially grateful to the manager, Hakan Bei, who was always friendly and nearby, ready with city directions, useful advice, or whatever else we needed. We highly recommend the hotel and will visit again!

The rooms were OK, though ours faced the road and the traffic was noisy. The parking is secure and right in the middle of town, but getting in and out took ages because the staff didn't pay attention. Breakfast was a little small. They did serve coffee, which you don't often get in Turkey.

Right in the city center, with excellent internet coverage. The staff were polite and helpful, and it's an excellent hotel.

The location is great and breakfast is included. The staff were great too, though weekend traffic can get loud.
