For $100 a night, you'd think the hotel could provide working Internet. I couldn't connect my laptop and had to go to the mall to finish my work. The connection on my phone kept dropping, too. The Internet experience was awful.

One of the worst places I've stayed. The staff were rude, shouted at guests, and treated people disrespectfully. This hotel is extremely bad.

The hotel near Mardin Airport was clean and well kept, but our stay in rooms 145 and 146 was far from restful. We had requested a foldable extra bed in each room, and around 4 AM the bed in room 145 collapsed backwards while someone was sleeping on it. The bang woke us all in a panic, and I was afraid someone might be hurt. The bed was so unstable I couldn't close it afterwards. I called the front desk right away. They brought a replacement, which I appreciated, and said they'd inform the manager. By morning, nobody had checked in with us. When I went to the front desk looking for an explanation or apology, all I got was, “It’s a foldable bed.” A bed like that shouldn't collapse with someone on it. We paid nearly $300 for both rooms, and ended up with only two hours of broken, stressful sleep. The lack of concern and accountability over a serious safety issue was incredibly disappointing. Safety should come first, and it didn't seem to here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The Faraj family had a wonderful stay at the Mardin Airport Hotel. Everything was clinically clean, the service was very good, and the staff were lovely. Mr. Mustafa, the hotel manager, was especially nice. We'll keep staying here when we need an overnight stop. Thanks for such a lovely visit. Highly recommend it, you won't regret it. Kind regards, the Faraj family.
