ALPER K.
This guesthouse barely beats sleeping on a street corner. There was no soap, the hot water kept coming and going, taps were broken, and there were no slippers. It was about as comfortable as a street bench.

They made me breakfast at 6:30, and the price was very reasonable. The staff are friendly, and it's fairly close to the lake. My room's sink wasn't working, but it's definitely a place worth staying.
We stayed for one night, and the location was good, very near the beach, with no trouble finding parking. We were pleased with the owners. The hostel is old and could use maintenance, but if that doesn't bother you, it's fine to go. There were kitchen counters in the room, but no refrigerator in ours. Apart from the maintenance issue, I didn't notice other downsides.
The location is central, the rooms are clean, and there's a pool. Breakfast was acceptable. The rooms are old, though, and while there is air conditioning, it isn't adequate. Some rooms have kitchenettes. There was no refrigerator or hairdryer. The staff are very helpful.
I was there in September for one night on my own. It's a family-run place, and everyone was friendly, very hospitable, and trustworthy. The room was good, and the price was very cheap.
