Although it was advertised as a 4-star property, my stay felt far from luxurious. It seemed to barely meet 2-star standards. Cleanliness was a problem everywhere: the common areas were dirty, the rooms badly needed renovation, and my shower had visible mold. The beds looked and felt dirty too, so I couldn't feel comfortable or safe. This was a big letdown for a hotel claiming to offer a 4-star experience. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable place. It needs a major overhaul before it can justify its rating. Save your money and stay somewhere truly luxurious.

The pools are great, and the service isn't bad. The toilets were nasty and yellow, with mold around the disgusting sink and tap. The food wasn't good either, the milk was expired, for example. Since it's a thermal hotel, the bathrooms smell a lot. Plenty of things cost extra, and you're not allowed to bring in food from elsewhere. The hotel's market is very expensive too: one soda costs 25 lira there, compared with 10 lira at another market.

We checked in at 9:30 in the evening and told the reception staff we'd leave at 12. The person in charge offered to prepare breakfast for us at that time. But when we called the next day, they said breakfast ends at 10, and that the haninefendi who told us it was paid wasn't there. He had no charm. The bathroom and toilet weren't very clean, and the price didn't match what we expected. I don't recommend it, especially with the rude, impulsive customer service and disrespectful staff.
