Golden River Hotel

The rooms were nice, and dinner was good too. We’d spotted the place while passing another establishment nearby. The appetizers were enjoyable, especially the zucchini one, and the arugula salad was delicious. So far, both the service and rooms have been good.

We went with my parents and were very happy with the value for money. It’s one of the few places we’d like to revisit. The owners and staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team, especially chef Mr. Metin, worked hard and treated us warmly. They paid close attention to our requests. We especially enjoyed the soups and appetizers at dinner; the main dishes were generally very good as well. More variety at breakfast and among the main courses might be nice. Adding water, filter coffee and cups to breakfast would also improve it. The hotel’s umbrellas and sunbeds were a plus, as were the clear, warm sea and the sunrise view. Breakfast and dinner beside the stream, with ducks nearby, were a real pleasure. Thanks for everything :)

We spent eight days here, my wife, child and I, and had a wonderful holiday. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive, quickly taking care of even small requests. The sea is a short walk away, and hotel guests have reserved sun loungers. You can also use the facilities at Changa Beach Hotel while at the beach. We highly recommend it.

The tables by the river out front became my favorite spot. There was a soft breeze, music and a peaceful feel, and it may be the most stylish place in Adrasan. We stayed as a family of four from August 24-28, 2025, and Room 304 was airy and spacious for us, our two grown children and parents. Both rooms had air conditioning that worked very well. The property felt new and clean, and parking was easy. We booked breakfast and dinner. Dinner started with soup, then four appetizers and salad, followed by grilled meat of your choice. It was good, though not something that would make you exclaim in amazement; the food was clean and average in taste, and didn’t upset our stomachs. Breakfast had a different main item each day, such as fried dough, menemen, sausage in tomato sauce or toast. Cheese, tomatoes and olives were served daily, and everything was clean and good quality. The staff were polite and promptly handled our requests without looking annoyed. Tea after meals was included, and service was fast. The young staff were neat and did their best, thank you. The sea is very close, around 20 steps in the River area, along a completely flat path. There are their own sunbeds and umbrellas, and guests can also use Changa Hotel by the sea. Extras were the one thing that bothered us: Turkish coffee was 120 TL and beer 240 TL. Those prices felt unnecessary for Adrasan, rather than Bodrum, and could be adjusted. We left very satisfied, without any surprises, and felt it was good value. It could suit families with small children or larger groups too. Changa River will stay in our memories as a pleasant holiday.
