We had a great time in the garden, which was quiet and relaxing. The owner has built just three bungalows there, so it was a lovely place to unwind. A screen on the grass blocked the view of the neighboring bungalows and gave us more privacy. There’s also a covered garage in the garden. For the price, it was a top-notch stay, and we’d definitely come back when we’re in the area. We were a family of five and stayed for three nights. The house was very clean and tidy, with a barbecue, swing, and benches. Almost everything was provided: a hairdryer, liquid soap, liquid detergent, laundry powder, sponge, napkins, toilet paper, and even a pitcher of cold water in the cupboard. Mr. Sinan answered our questions quickly and handled issues efficiently. When he accidentally broke the key, he said, “No problem, these things happen,” and replaced the lock right away. On our last day the gas cylinder ran out, but he had spares and we swapped it immediately. The location was very convenient: Karaöz beach is a five-minute walk, Papaz Bay is a four-minute drive, and Korsan Bay is fifteen minutes by car. One small note: anyone with a fear of cats or bees should be aware there were lots of cats in the garden, though we loved them. Bees kept coming when we put breakfast out, so we ate inside. We didn’t have a bee problem at dinner. I think bees are normal where there’s nature, and there were plenty at Papaz Bay too. It could be a concern for someone with a bee allergy, but having breakfast indoors may solve it. Thanks again to Mr. Sinan for everything 🙏

The garden felt safe and fun for the kids, and the house had everything we needed. We stayed two days for a lovely family winter break and were warm the whole time, with the air conditioning doing its job. It was clean, too. Mr. Sinan and his mother were so attentive. I'd recommend it.

The shop is spotless, neat, and well organized. The woman who runs it is kind and friendly, and the owner was helpful and attentive.
