The apartment had everything I needed, from a coffee pot and fridge to air conditioning, a TV, and free Wi-Fi around the clock. It was also very clean, and the sea is about a 15-minute walk away. I spent a month in a 1+1 Izol apartment, and my holiday ended yesterday. Ms. Zeynep was so kind and helpful that I never felt like I was somewhere unfamiliar. She answers your questions and brings a real family warmth. For a small fee, she also takes you to places you want to see. She knows Antalya well and is a great guide, showing you wonderful spots you might not have known about. She’s also a life coach, and I came home feeling refreshed, mentally and physically. I’m planning to return for another month in the fall. If you want a lovely holiday, I’d recommend Izol Apartment. I’m sincerely grateful to her for such a special stay, and she’s one of the most wonderful people in my life.

The bathrooms were disgusting, and I can only describe what I saw as awful. The toilets were filthy, and the cutlery was dirty enough that we had to wash it several times with detergent we bought ourselves. The cleaning seemed to amount to running an old vacuum-like device over the mats. I was worried the place was so unhygienic that you could catch scabies, diphtheria, dysentery, or psoriasis. We also found no proper beds as expected. They said there was a sofa bed and another sofa that turned into a bed, but we only discovered what that meant after arriving. The barbecue area looked as if everyone in Adrasan had used it, and we couldn't even consider dinner. They could at least have put out cheese and olives for breakfast. There was no water heater either, and I kept wondering how much one would cost. Without a car, getting to what you might call civilization means crossing hills and mountains with your luggage, like Bear Grylls. When you finally get there, you may think it's the best of a bad situation. I could write much more, but it isn't worth it. We left feeling humiliated and ran away. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. To anyone leaving a good review because someone is hovering and begging for one, please don't mislead other people. And to the managers: stop pressuring guests for positive reviews. Provide basic necessities and comfort first, then let people decide whether to review you. If you don't know how to run a business, learn how before getting into it. I gave this a high star rating to get it published because it had been deleted before. I hope someone sees it, please don't go there.

The garden feels like a botanical walk, full of different plants and flowers, with a natural, genuine atmosphere. Zeynep Abla’s smile and Adnan Abi’s readiness to help made our stay especially nice. This was our first visit this year. We had read some reviews about shortcomings, so we usually call ahead when staying somewhere new to check what to expect. That way we avoid surprises, and Zeynep Hanım and Adnan Bey also kept reminding us to let them know if we needed anything. We left very happy. Thanks to them for a wonderful holiday.

The fridge made a motor-like noise that kept us from sleeping, and the shower was cold. There were no towels, barely any kitchen items, and no proper knife, so we had to use a fruit knife. The bathroom was beyond disgusting, and the barbecue area looked as if all of Adrasan had used it. When we came back from the sea, the air conditioning was off, and we couldn't find the manager to ask why. We never saw the manager, although we'd paid after being told the place was comfortable. We were also told breakfast would be provided, then later heard they didn't offer it. This is the dirtiest apartment I've ever seen, and I'm not exaggerating. The other places I'd looked at seemed much the same, so we settled for this one and regretted it. We booked without seeing it because everything happened suddenly, and I wouldn't trust the reviews. Don't even pass by here by accident, in my opinion. See it for yourself before making a decision.

Zeynep, the owner, is warm, attentive, and friendly, and she made us feel at home. The place sits among the lush Mediterranean greenery and is just right for a peaceful break. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone.
