We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived, and the owners of Koala Bungalows were helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with what we needed. Our group was vegetarian, and we especially appreciated that the owner prepared delicious vegetarian and vegan meals with such care for the food and for us. A relaxing getaway with kind people and a truly authentic experience. We sincerely recommend it, and thank the owners for their wonderful hospitality.

A peaceful, cozy place that suits couples coming for a short stay. The staff were welcoming and hospitable, especially Arjomand bey. I'd definitely come back soon.

Our honeymoon stop on the drive from Antalya to Kas turned into a really happy surprise. We stayed one night and told them when booking that it was our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. They were lovely and couldn't have done more to make the stay memorable. The location is fairly remote, which made the stars beautiful at night. There are a few small market shops a short drive away. Mount Chimaera is about 30min by car, and its natural fires coming from the ground are worth seeing if you've never seen that before. The roads to Koala are steep and very winding, but well maintained, so they weren't a problem for a good driver. The pool is small but very nice, and it never felt too busy or crowded. There are a couple of seating areas, a yoga studio, sunbeds, and free on-site parking. The restaurant serves simple, honest food. Breakfast buffet was really good, and they have plenty of beer, some wine and Raki, and fresh pomegranate juice. The 'bungalows', or cabins as we'd call them in England, were nice, with a good shower, mini fridge, and good Air Con. Each room has a small porch area, not a balcony.

We’d happily return to Koala Bangalows. Ercüment and the team were great hosts, answering our questions about the area and sharing useful ideas for day trips. The welcoming atmosphere and good food made the stay, and we’ll really miss Bob and Kara, the two lovely dogs. Definitely recommend it.

Getting to the ruins takes an easy walk of about 40 minutes, but we felt the lovely setting made it worthwhile. The bungalows sit among trees, with pomegranates nearly ripe while we were there. Inside, there’s a mezzanine sleeping space and, below it, a couch, TV and big bathroom, plus an outdoor area. We liked the pool and had good, reasonably priced meals at the restaurant. Friendly cats are around too, and there’s a dog if that’s more your thing. We really enjoyed our stay.
