Ali, the manager, deserves a special thank you for being professional and kind. He was always ready to help, handled requests quickly, and made sure guests felt welcome and looked after. His positive attitude brought a warm feeling to the hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea, with lovely views and easy beach access. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and spa made the holiday more relaxing. The food was tasty and had a nice variety, while the all-inclusive service was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly management and great service, and would gladly recommend Hotel Arora to anyone visiting Kuşadası.

The beach is small, so getting a good spot meant waking up around 5-6 AM. By midday it was too crowded and difficult to get into the water. The food was decent, though I would have liked more protein choices, such as grilled meat, kebabs, or barbecue. The hotel doesn't quite match the photos, and it no longer feels like a four-star experience. The rooms were clean and had a great sea view, and the landscape was beautiful. Full moon nights over the sea felt almost magical, like a fairytale. The animation team, Osman, Hasibe, and Ramazan, made things lively and fun, and brought people together. They gave us some of the trip's best memories. Fikret at reception was extremely helpful with information and organizing our trip into the city. The whole staff were kind and attentive. Mehmet at the bar and restaurant always smiled and gave great service, and everyone worked hard to keep guests comfortable. The nearby city is full of life, with plenty of shops at fair prices and generally no problems. It's a good choice for young people, while families and older guests can also find enough entertainment and comfort. If you're after a low-cost all-inclusive stay focused on fun, activities, and nightlife, it's a good option. Just don't expect luxury. Expect good vibes, amazing staff, and unforgettable memories.
