I arrived around 1.30am after being dropped off, then had to get ready for an early tour pick-up, so I didn’t take in much at first. In the shower I found old soap and gel left behind, and the bottle on the bench was half empty. The cleanliness could have been better. It was noisy on the beachfront strip. My view was okay, with an empty pool and a partial sea view.

This didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel to me, more like a 2 star. The bathrooms were poorly equipped, with no soap stand in the shower. Refills of drinking water, coffee and tea cost extra, so bring enough water bottles and coffee powder.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout. I especially liked the sea-view rooms, where the balconies look out over the Aegean Sea. The hotel is right in the center of Kuşadası, close to the marina, beach, shops and restaurants. A good option if you want to stay centrally and enjoy lovely sea views.

The marina location is fantastic and the hotel is good value for money. It’s an older place, as others have mentioned, but clean, with top-notch service. Everyone was delightful, from the front desk and breakfast team to housekeeping. I stayed for a week and would definitely come back.

The receptionist Ursa was full of energy and made us feel very welcome. We had a decent breakfast buffet, and our room balcony looked out to the sea. The rooms are average in size and the walls are thin. The marina and old town are both a 5-10 minute walk away.
