Ceyhan and his wife Chiemi are wonderful, friendly hosts. I stayed for three nights in May 2025 with four friends, and we all found the rooms comfortable, clean, and very nice. We also had three breakfasts on the top terrace, with something a little different each day. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, and getting to Ladies Beach was easy, with a minibus from the seafront. Casa Magnolia was a perfect base for our long weekend, and I'd highly recommend it for a longer stay too.

We felt right at home at Casa Magnolia. The owners are a lovely couple, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, clearly made with care, and served in a relaxed, friendly setting. A charming, cozy place for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Kusadasi. Highly recommended ❤️

The terrace was a standout, such a lovely rooftop spot to relax. The hosts were an incredibly friendly couple who helped us book tours and arranged breakfast to go when we went to Ephesus. Our rooms were comfortable and well set up. The only things missing were a kettle in the room and a bathroom without that slightly funny smell, though it seems normal in a lot of Turkey. This was hands down our best hotel experience in Turkey. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

We were impressed by how well kept the property and room were, especially after staying in many hotels. The owner was friendly and very helpful. It's a wonderful place in the heart of Kusadasi.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and each had its own boutique-style decor. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Breakfast on the terrace was very good, and tea and coffee were available during the day for a small charge. The owner and his wife were very welcoming, and the hotel looked as nice as it does in the pictures. It's close to the centrum, but we had no trouble with nightclub noise. The hotel is up a hill, though the walk should be manageable for most people. We just got back from a lovely stay at Casa Magnolia.
