The pool was lovely for swimming and sunbathing, though it was usually busy. There were still plenty of loungers, and the balcony was useful too. I stayed four nights; the hotel was fine, the room was okay, and breakfast was nice. The bathroom could have been better and the air conditioning was a little noisy. The staff were kind and helped whenever I needed something. I’d stay again when I’m back.

Very, very bad. The room was clean, but the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was no minibar in the bedroom, and breakfast was the same every day: tomato, cheese, salami, bread, and so on. Ugh.

Very basic.

The low price is a plus, and I appreciated the location, the quiet, and the respect I have for the management. Still, this feels more like a one- or two-star place. There are several basics missing: a balcony table, hair dryer, decent lighting, mini fridge in a hot place like Kuşadası, a little drying rack outside, and more breakfast choices. None of those seem like difficult things to provide. If you add it up, with 8-10 rooms the 80-90 thousand cost is guaranteed, so you won't be disappointed and you'll be happy if you come.

We liked the pool and breakfast, and the beach is nearby. Prices were reasonable as well. The air conditioners in our room didn't cool it properly, which was the one issue. When we found the toilet light bulb was broken, they replaced it straight away.
