The peaceful garden makes it easy to forget the buildings around the house, and the traditional breakfast with the family was excellent. The owner is warm and engaging, speaks excellent English, and gave us useful advice about the area. There’s a market and a few little restaurants nearby, and the park entrance is 1 km away. A lovely place and very good value.

Ms. Melek and Mr. Necip made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse was quiet, clean, warm, and peaceful, and its location is lovely too 😎. It went beyond what I expected from a guesthouse, and I can recommend it with confidence.

We really enjoyed our two nights here, especially the filling, tasty breakfasts, which were included in the very affordable price. The guesthouse has a nice authentic feel, and Mr. Necip was attentive and friendly. Our room had its own shower, while the toilets were shared. There were three, and they were clean, helped by guests using them carefully. We met lovely people and had a great stay. Ecer Guesthouse is one of the best value-for-money options in Kuşadası. It’s also well located, a short drive from the national park and about a 20-minute walk from Zeus Cave.

It was awful, and we left as soon as we walked in. There was a terrible smell inside, and there was no shared bathroom. The owner greeted us with his shirt open, showing his belly while drinking raki. A complete waste of money. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
