We had a panoramic sea view, with cruise ships on one side and the historical "guvercinada castle on the other". The hotel is right by the water, and although the main street runs past it, this section is a quiet, narrow two-lane road. Ladies Beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and the famous fish restaurants (balıkçılar çarşısı) are 5 minutes away. My family lives in Kusadasi, so I’m half local, and I came with my fiancee, who was visiting Kusadasi for the first time. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful, including the guys in the small private parking lot next door. They were all professional. The lot is beside the hotel, free, and open 24 hours. Breakfast suited me well: I love tahin-molasses, eggs, and fresh simit. There were also 5-6 kinds of fresh cheese and "sigara boregi", a Turkish version of spring rolls. It’s a boutique hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a spa or gym. Long walks along the seaside were my workout, though there may be gyms nearby that allow daily use. I don’t know much about that, so you’d have to explore. I enjoyed the place and wanted to share my experience.

Our tour group booked this beachfront hotel, which has lovely sea views. The room was basic but clean, and the front desk staff made us feel welcome. Room service was available, with lots of local restaurants close by. Breakfast was buffet style, though there weren’t many choices.

The rooms are falling apart, as if they built the hotel and never kept up with it. Still, the staff were fantastic, and the location is perfect. The great service and setting make the rooms easier to overlook.

We loved the sea view, and the location is excellent with restaurants nearby. The service was good too, and breakfast was delicious. We’d gladly come back.

The room was clean, tidy, and nice, and the view and location are great. My tour company booked it, so I had no say in where we stayed. We arrived just after midnight, exhausted, but there was far too much noise from the bar and people enjoying the area, even from our second-floor balcony. The next day the TV wouldn’t work. There were no cups in the room, and when I asked for a second key for my roommate, they said they don’t provide extra keys. The internet was slower than dial-up. If I’d had a choice, I would have booked somewhere else.
