Le Bleu Hotel & Resort

We came in the last week of October, near the end of the season, so there wasn't much daytime or evening entertainment. Even so, my six-year-old niece LOVED Asma from the animation team, and Emre looked after us all week with water polo, darts, and evening card games. He also recommended and arranged a taxi to Murphy’s for dinner and Sherwood for cocktails, and both were amazing. Every staff member was friendly and the bar service was efficient. The hotel was very clean, including the bedroom, with fresh towels, emptied bins, and a made bed every day. Food was varied and good, and I loved the snack bar. The shower wasn’t powerful and seemed to flood, but that wasn’t a big deal. The location is perfect, with beautiful sea views at dinner and while sunbathing, plus a private beach and a pier with views toward ladies beach. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to ladies beach and a 10-minute drive to Kuşadası, costing around €7. I’d love to return in summer for warmer weather and to see the hotel with its full evening entertainment. I’d worried because some reviews were horrific, but I was pleasantly surprised. A solid 4/5.

The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of different foods to choose from, and the cats were friendly too. I loved being able to relax on the balcony with complimentary tea and an ocean view. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. It was an amazing, unforgettable stay.

The food and drinks were delicious, with something for everyone, and our location was excellent. Staff were helpful throughout, and we had no problems with them. We really enjoyed our stay and are leaving with lovely memories. Our room was cleaned daily, with the floor vacuumed and fresh towels and bed linen. A few things fell short: the portable baby crib wasn’t suitable for sleeping, so our baby had to sleep in the big bed. The bathroom door offered little privacy, evening music was too loud, and the woman at the medical office was unprofessional and unhelpful, offering only services from her private clinic where she works. Thank you for the good parts of our stay.

The area near Ladies Beach is nice, and most of the staff were good. But for a hotel rated five stars, it felt like three at most. Two boys' football teams were staying for a tournament, and they ran through the bar area both evenings with little supervision. We were here for the second time, and some parts of the hotel badly need renovation. If it were listed as a three-star place, it would be acceptable.
