Flora Suites Hotel - All Inclusive

Hasibe is great at her job. She gets people in a good mood whether they're young or old, and the activities and evening shows kept both adults and children entertained. Batuhan at the bar is such a warm person, always laughing and joking, and he can bring a smile to your face straight away. They both do an amazing job. The food was a highlight for us, with fresh, carefully made dishes and plenty of variety, from local specialties to international options. We especially enjoyed the fruit and desserts. Service throughout the hotel was smooth and thoughtful, from reception and the waiters to housekeeping. Everyone was professional, helpful, and smiling, which made the stay easy and pleasant. We'd recommend it to anyone after good meals, attentive service, and fun entertainment.

The evening shows have something for adults and kids alike, and the food comes with a big selection and tastes great. Our room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The evening entertainment was really good too.

We just got home, and I'm really happy with the trip, even with a few small complaints. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, but the sheets and towels weren't changed daily as promised. Damp towels we left for collection were folded up and put back on the bed. There's a private beach about 1.8km from the hotel, free to use. A shuttle goes there, though it can be unreliable, or you can walk in around 20 minutes. Meals had lots of choice and were excellent, with free bar drinks and afternoon snacks. Staff were friendly, though communicating could be hard since many spoke little or no English. For what it costs, this is a very good deal, and I'd recommend staying here.

The kids' disco runs for only half an hour each night around the pool, and that area feels unsafe. Children are running around, with families trying to relax nearby and worrying they might fall into the pool or slip on the very slippery floor. There's a lovely space at the far end of the hotel that looks like it was meant for shows, but it's abandoned and isn't being used. It's sad, because the current area isn't large or safe enough for dancing and play. The animation lady is friendly, always smiling, and really good at keeping the children engaged.
