The room was spacious and renovated, but the bathroom was filthy and rusty. The reception staff had gone home at 5, so I was left dealing with two men from the restaurant. There was no internet. After a few hours, I told them that if the WiFi couldn't be fixed, I should leave. A man who said he was the manager spoke no English and sent someone to bring my luggage downstairs without understanding that I was asking whether, if the problem continued, I should check out. Two hours later, after finding another hotel late in the evening, I went to collect my bags and asked for a refund since I'd only been in the room for two hours. The man, speaking broken English, accused me of not knowing English, even though I'm Canadian, and was hostile. He refused to return the money. Terrible customer service. These men seemed unable to understand that their country relies on tourism, and nobody could speak English well enough to fix the problem. All the good reviews seem to come from local tourists. I hope the owner trains the staff in customer service.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were good too. Thanks to Ms Yildiz at reception.

When we first stayed here in August 2020, everything was great for the price and what the hotel offered. We came back in recent weeks and didn't leave as happy. The price has gone up quite a lot, while the cleaning and the broken-down things in the room weren't up to par. Still, Yıldız Hanım and the cheerful kircicegi staff made our stay more enjoyable. Without Yıldız Hanım's attention and constructive way of dealing with the situation, this probably wouldn't be a place we'd choose again. Thanks again to her for everything :)

These stars are for Ms. Yıldız, not the location. Her cheerful manner and graceful attitude are what make this hotel feel like a hotel. She's more than a receptionist, she's capable and attentive to every need, always with a smile. I'd gladly recommend her to anyone. I hope I stay at the hotel on a future trip and get to see her again. If she reads this, all my love and respect. I hope the management appreciates what they have in her.
