The location and the view are good, and the dining area looks nice. That's about all I can say in its favor. The rooms have no properly working AC or ventilation, the damp smell is overwhelming, and there was black mould in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a serious problem, with trash and dirt around the common areas. The public toilets were vile, with roaches living there, as shown in the attached photo. Food hygiene was below poor. I saw a chef grilling poultry in the open kitchen using the same gloves for raw and cooked meat. Bread was handed out with bare hands, and tables weren't wiped with surface cleaner. I ended up with a serious gut infection, with fever, vomiting and diarrhea. No wonder. The staff weren't friendly, often smoking or on their phones. The animation team was practically nonexistent, and the evening show attempts were sad. The children's area was a major hazard, with broken gates and swings. This place is a health hazard, not a hotel. In the UK or EU, it would have been shut down at least a dozen times.

The kids' disco was the one bright spot, though it hardly looked like a disco. Food quality was awful apart from the decent breakfasts, and we all got food poisoning. Our room was dirty, and the sheets had hair and stains on them. The staff were extremely unprofessional and couldn't answer anything we asked. If you care about your health, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's been more than 10 years since I was there, but I still dream about the wonderful memories of the hotel. The view is spectacular, and the service was really good. Everyone on the crew was polite and friendly. Most important, the food was usually great and made with the best fresh ingredients.

The pool area wasn't cleaned once during my stay, and the food was vile and completely inedible. The rooms were dirty too, with stains across the floors and furniture. The shower was so bad I washed at the sink instead of stepping into it. This is the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. I absolutely would not recommend going anywhere near it.
