Palm Wings Beach Resort & Spa Kusadasi- All Inclusive

We've traveled to Turkey every year, and this time we chose Palm Wings Beach Resort. On the second day, we felt ignored while staff served other guests at the cafe bar and we waited. It bothered us, so we raised it because nobody should be treated differently, whether deliberately or not. The general manager handled it brilliantly, put our minds at ease, and looked after us. After that, we had a fantastic holiday: a beautiful room, gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, and excellent food and drinks. Our Jet2 rep Baris was also fantastic and made sure we were okay. I'd genuinely recommend the hotel, knowing that if something goes wrong it'll be dealt with promptly and you'll be looked after. We'll return in the future.

The evening shows were phenomenal, and Tchitcho from the animation team deserves a big shoutout for being so amazing! The bar staff, waiters, and animation team were all wonderful. It's a nice, small resort; the rooms were fairly clean, and the food was tasty and fresh, though repetitive.

The rooms were okay, and the complex has great access to the beach. But the restaurant coffee was terrible, the food overall wasn't very tasty, and the pool music was much too loud to feel comfortable.

I never had to fight for a sunbed, there were always plenty. The beach is cleaned daily, and the grounds are well looked after. Just remember there's a cycle path between the hotel and beach when you leave that way. It is well signed, but easy to forget. Security is at the front and back, and the hotel feels like a relaxing spot. I've seen signs that improvements have been made or are underway. The spa's Turkish bath cleared up my back pain, so I booked three more. The main pool is 1.40cm deep. Don't expect an English breakfast, and you'll be fine with the food. The upstairs restaurant is booked through guest relations, one free visit a week. I was so full afterwards I could hardly move. The entertainment team are funny and have lots to offer during the day, though I only saw two booked shows that week. There are two friendly shops inside, one for clothes and one a mini market. Some rooms have sea views, and the staff have been very helpful.
