It's a new hotel and the materials seem good quality, but the service falls short of expectations for the high price. Breakfast and dinner are inadequate, especially dinner, which felt below the standard of even a hotel without stars. At breakfast there was no teapot for making hot tea yourself; tea came in thermoses. The coffee is good if you know how to use the machine. The room's electrical setup was annoying. You couldn't turn some lights on or others off, but one button opened the curtains like “open sesame.” Honestly, the price doesn't match the hotel's standards.

The spa was a highlight, with helpful staff and lovely Balinese women. We also found the restaurant servers and reception team attentive. Buket made breakfast feel welcoming every morning with her warm greeting. Qlisive is a beautiful hotel, and we had a great stay. We'd recommend it.

I stayed at Qlusive with my mom while we visited towns around Izmir, and the team made the trip feel special. Caneser from guest relations and Ekin Mine at the Azurro restaurant both went out of their way to give us a brilliant experience. From the lovely atmosphere to the warm welcome and service from everyone we met, it was an absolute pleasure. We couldn't have asked for more, and I'd happily stay again if I'm in the area.

Cener and head chef Emre deserve a special thank you for being so kind, professional, and dedicated. Their efforts helped make my stay unforgettable. The service and hospitality at Hotel Qulsive were amazing. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to Turkiye, so this hotel set the tone for the trip. It's the nicest hotel I've been to. As a travel agent, I'd recommend this tour, especially since the itinerary includes a stay at this amazing place.
