Breakfast was supposed to be included, but what we got was one egg and three olives. The hotel was extremely dirty, the apartment doors wouldn't lock, and the reception staff didn't speak a word of English. A really bad experience.

The spa and Turkish bath were great, and reception was friendly. The rooms even had flying robots, which was amazing. There wasn't a shower head, though. Bring one and I'd give the service a 5. I wish I could rate it 100, because I would.

The balcony door doesn't lock, the sheets are ripped, and there's no shower head. A fancy bedspread doesn't make up for it. Show some respect for your customers.

The Turkish bath is really nice, and the staff are excellent. If you're after luxury beyond that, there are more expensive hotels.

For a place in the city center, I don't know what to say about the room. The service was just okay.
