The staff are good and the location is very good, but the hotel is old and needs reconstruction. There’s no lift. Maybe it needs sterilising too, since I got sick every time I visited.

The people here are warm-hearted, even though the town is cold. keraz hotel sits in an excellent spot in the middle of this beautiful town.

I know the new owners from the hotel they ran in Gelibolu last year, though I can’t speak to how the previous owners served guests. If you want a family feel, good hygiene, and a friendly atmosphere, you should meet the new team. Congratulations to them, and I hope the hotel brings luck and prosperity. I’ll come back as soon as I get the chance.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the trip. The hotel has a wonderful location and view, and our room was clean with comfortable beds. The new family running the place were attentive, and reception answered all our questions. We’ll definitely stay here again.

For Lapseki, I’d say this is the best value hotel in every way. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it.
