The room was clean and the view was thrilling, and the staff were good. Breakfast was only moderate, though. I hope they improve it soon, especially since the place isn't that cheap.

The toilets were the main problem for us. There were only two for the huge facility, and one couldn't be used, so people were constantly queuing for the other. We stopped here for breakfast during our Black Sea tour. The meal and the service were both average.
