Başaran Rezidans & Otel

While walking around Malatya after traveling from Qatar, I came across this hotel. The reception women were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are roomy and beautifully designed. I’ll definitely come back. Truly the best option in Malatya.

A surprisingly relaxing stay. Breakfast was a classic Turkish buffet, and the staff were polite and professional. The rooms were a good size too.

What stood out most was the staff. They were sincere, friendly, and keen to help, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. That made the stay feel special. I’ve stayed at several similar hotels in Malatya, including some at the same budget and some that cost more. For facilities, service, and comfort, I’d put this one among the best in its class, and perhaps at the top. At check-in there was a clear sense of order and professionalism, with guest satisfaction taken seriously. The rooms were spacious, clean, and practical, with a layout that worked well for relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. For the price and quality, I think it offers more than you’d expect. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it and put it among the first choices for a stay in Malatya.

We had two lovely stays at Başaran Residence & Hotel on separate dates for an engagement ceremony. The central location and the wide choice at breakfast were great, and the staff were wonderful. Ms. Noşer made us feel at home with her warm, loving manner. Mr. Murat, the security manager, supported her wholeheartedly even after his shift, and we’re deeply grateful to him and the whole Başaran family. ❤️
