Grand Saray Hotel

The friendly staff and really good breakfast made this a great hotel for me. Ms. Delfin, one of the managers, was humble and very helpful, and Mr. Ufuk Soyugur at reception took excellent care of us. Thanks so much for everything. I hope to see you again. When I come back to Ankara, this is the only hotel I’ll choose.

Music from a nearby wedding kept going late into the night, so I had a terrible time sleeping. The sheets were dirty and the pillow was completely yellow. I ended up putting a towel over it. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

My previous comment was deleted. I wrote a long one then, but I’ll keep this short: it’s a terrible hotel, and staying there could make for the worst day of your life. I’d rather sleep on a bench, in a mosque, on the street, or in Mashti. At least you wouldn’t be humiliated like this, and you’d still have your money.

The rooms are awful, with no internet or TV. There are plenty of other things missing too, and I don’t even want to list them.
