I was traveling alone as a woman and would recommend staying here. The staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. It’s a lovely, very clean and safe hotel, within walking distance of markets and restaurants. There’s also a place to get a taxi very nearby if you need one.

We had planned to stay for one night, then booked a few more because we ended up spending longer in Malatya. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. Mr Burçak at the lobby was friendly and helpful when we checked in, and he helped us with our car.

Breakfast was a good buffet on the top floor, with a view over the city. The rooms were very clean and had good mattresses, AC, WiFi, TV and a water cooker. The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Burçak and Hasan. Recommended!

I’m from Colombia and have been traveling around Turkey for six weeks. I’m an engineer traveling solo for business and a holiday, and I saw some businesspeople and families in the restaurant. This hotel is truly five stars. The staff were professional and attentive, the rooms stylish and immaculate, and the common areas gorgeous. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and plentiful, and the evening front desk staff were world class. If you’re traveling to or through Malatya, forget Airbnb and stay here. Highly recommend it. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
