The price was affordable and the service really good. Reception staff, thanks for being so friendly and helpful. The chefs made amazing food, the bar staff were quick and pleasant, and the cleaners kept the spacious rooms nicely arranged. Thank you all for a good time. I recommend this hotel 100%. I also want to push back on the negative reviews: if you want the best, save your money and look for 5-star hotels instead of spoiling your own or other people's mood with negative comments :)

We booked through Stayforlong and had trouble before we even arrived. The site listed the rooms under the hotel's old name, Risus, and had the wrong phone number. When I finally got the correct number to call because we were arriving at midnight, it connected to a Turkish call center where nobody spoke English. Luckily, my friend spoke with them about my reservation, and they said it should be fine. We arrived at 4 am on Sunday. They gave us a room, then five minutes later said there was a problem. We waited in the lobby for two hours while they tried to find our booking. They told us to come back in the afternoon, leaving us on the street for the night. When we returned later that day, they still couldn't see the reservation and said the hotel was full. They didn't seem to care and were frustrated by the whole situation; no one there could speak English. The same thing happened to my mother at their other hotel: they couldn't find her reservation and sent them out onto the street for the night. A horrible hotel and what a scam!

I got an unbeatable off-season price for this place. The pool was clean, breakfast came included, the staff were friendly, and my big room had three beds. Perfect.

The reception was welcoming, and the service staff were quick and polite. Our room was cleaned regularly. The beach is 15 minutes away, and there's a shuttle bus.
