Reception staff with little experience, poor communication skills, and inflated egos leave a bad impression at a hotel claiming five stars. That behavior is unacceptable in hospitality. Staff should put their egos aside and deliver the service guests expect from a five-star establishment. This sort of attitude frustrates guests and damages the hotel's reputation and brand.

The rooms felt quite outdated, and the AC was small. If you're coming from the Gulf region, that matters. Cleaning needs more attention too, especially in the bathroom. Seeing an unclean room and bathroom at first made a very bad impression of the resort. We stayed all-inclusive for five days and enjoyed it a lot as a small family. The pools were really nice, with a good water park for adults and kids. The beach was nice as well. My four-year-old and 1.5-year-old enjoyed the resort, and the workers were nice to them, though most spoke little English, so communicating was a bit difficult. There were different activities every day, especially at night. Food had plenty of choices, which was good, though the taste was average. The watermelon was really great 😍.

The pool and water park were decent and enjoyable for families, and the facilities overall weren't bad. But the bathrooms, food, and service let the stay down badly. The rooms were in extremely poor condition, the bathroom was disgusting, and the food was bland and unappetising the whole time. It's fairly isolated, with very little nearby, and we paid €15 for a five-minute taxi ride one way. This is nowhere near a five-star hotel. Calling it one is a joke and misleading. I wonder if something strange is going on with that rating. Realistically, it's closer to a decent three-star property at best. I wish I'd paid more attention to the negative reviews. They were spot on. Ignore the owners' standard response and the delusional positive reviews. This was a disaster holiday, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it. Save yourselves, and if you still book, manage your expectations. Good luck.

The strongest point for families is how child-friendly the hotel is. There are several water slides, pools with animation, and visible playgrounds. The kids were busy for hours, and the staff around those areas were kind and helpful. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, which gave a bad first impression. Housekeeping improved a lot over the next few days and made the stay more pleasant. The renovation looks modern at first, but the work seems superficial and short on details. Food was average, with a noticeable amount of traditional Turkish spices. Some people may like that; others may find it too strong. There was enough variety to find something to eat, and the snack bar had familiar fast food like fries, burgers, pizza, and salads between meals. Most of the coffee in restaurants and bars is instant, the 3-in-1 kind. I confirmed that proper Turkish coffee is only available at the lobby bar, so coffee lovers should go there.
