The clean room and smooth check-in were good, and the staff were friendly. Food at Turan Prince Residence tasted good, though it got repetitive. A few things could be better: the safe never worked during our stay, even after we reported it, the indoor jacuzzi was very weak, and noise came from a neighboring room. Still, it was a decent stay.

I traveled on my own with two young children and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The several pools were great for them, especially the water park and splash-style pool. We also had excellent food with lots of choices at every meal. The direct beach access made the location ideal. The staff were kind and attentive, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Omega and Patric were the best, such kind and funny people. Everyone at the hotel was really kind, and the place itself is very good. The bedrooms could be cleaner, but it’s not a big problem. Awesome 🤩

Our child had a great time at the playground, water park, carousell and mini discos. Special thanks to Mr. Michael and Mrs. Elena, hope I’ve got the spelling right, for bringing the children so much joy and positive energy. There were nice evening shows for adults and kids too, including circus, singing and BMX stunts. The beach was clean, with clean deckchairs, and the view was great. We arrived around 6 am and had to wait for a room, but the man at reception did his best to get us one as soon as possible, before 9 am. Our room was clean and everything worked, including the air conditioning. The food tasted good and there was a wide choice, so I think everyone can find something they like. We made a lot of good memories here, and I can fully recommend the hotel.

The entertainers, especially Omega, kept everyone busy and were fantastic with the kids. Our family had an excellent stay at Turan Prince Hotel, and I’d recommend it to other families. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, with an amazing feel and a free minibar. A couple of design details were awkward, though: the toilet sat a bit low and the towel rack was high. The restaurant and bar were good, and bartender Khaan worked tirelessly from night to day while staying friendly and relaxed. The pina coladas were a little off, with a milky texture that didn’t quite work. Housekeeping was kind and attentive too, especially the cleaner on D block floor 2. We’d definitely return.
