Serra Park

DJ Nedimond and manager Altan were wonderful. The lobby bartender was lovely and beautiful, and the rest of the staff were just as kind and helpful. I think this is a very good hotel, and I wish you a great vacation.

We had a relaxing, lovely holiday at Serra Park, despite the poor room cleaning. I stayed for 18 days with my four girls. The hotel is old, but has a beautiful garden and lots of outdoor seating. Our room smelled bad and was dirty, and it was cleaned only twice during the whole stay. We had to complain at reception to get fresh towels. The pool is small, clean, and not too crowded. There’s a beach shuttle, though it’s only a few minutes on foot. The beach itself is nice and clean, with cold drinks available and very friendly staff. The food was okay, and my girls liked having French fries for breakfast. The animation team tried to keep guests entertained, with evening shows, although I missed club dancing and games. The pool bar waiters were outstanding: Sinan and Serkan were extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and hardworking, and always took great care of my girls.

We came a week after the hotel reopened in July 2021 after corona, while some installations were still unfinished. Any problems were dealt with right away. There weren’t many staff at first, but they worked incredibly hard to get things running properly. The garden and park are lovely, the pool was checked and cleaned daily, and our comfortable room had a garden view. Room cleaning and fresh towels were available whenever needed. The food had a great selection of local cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, and tasty chicken and beef. The people were wonderful, from the general manager to Lila, the cleaning lady. Dj Umut ran great activities, including water ball in the pool, volleyball at the beach, bule, and other games, along with music in the evenings. We still listen to some of it now. Turkish Evening ended with a Turkish disco, and we learned a few traditional dance moves. Toucan club looked after the little ones in Russian. There’s traditional hamam massage at the Spa, and physiotherapist Vasil can advise you on what to do for your spine. The hotel bus goes to the beach, though it’s only a five-minute walk. There’s a bike path by the river near the hotel and a river gulf. Bus 11 goes to ancient Side, and Manavgat waterfalls are easy to reach by bus too. Unforgettable holiday!

The staff were polite and the room was fine. It’s a pleasant, peaceful place to relax, with the sea about 300 metres away. The restaurant food was okay, but after two weeks the meals got boring and everything started tasting the same.
